KORUS Consulting provides services in the area of IT systems outsourcing, taking from the customer’s company a number of specialized functions, supporting their information systems.

This service is first of all recommended to enterprises in the area of medium and small-scale business, where it is necessary to support up to 100 automated work places. Transfer of IT- support to outsourcing allows to reduce expenses related to IT-environment maintenance do financial planning in advance; it also removes the task of tracking unlicensed software use (which can result in penal responsibility) and transmits control of provision with license or free software to the contractor – KORUS Consulting.

Prior to commencement of works KORUS Consulting perform full survey of customer’s IT-systems. Following audit results the customer receives a document containing expert report. The document includes a proposal of company’s IT-environment optimization.

• Support of enterprise’s telephony systems, including IP-telephony.
• Support of corporate data transmission system.

KORUS Consulting takes full responsibility for provision of failure-free operation of all customer’s IT-systems, and guaranties protection and security of information.

The customer and KORUS Consulting conclude an agreement, containing description of services, rights and liabilities of the parties, stating quality of services provided, and serving as a ground for customer support. During the currency of the contract KORUS Consulting regularly provides accounts of all the works completed.

KORUS Consulting provides services of IT-systems outsourcing in the 9õ5 NBD regime (9 hours per day 5 days a week, guaranteeing fault correction the next day after fault occurs).
