KORUS Consulting provides services in the areas of consulting and optimization of business processes, employing its experience of projects completion in various business spheres, methods of analysis and business modeling. Business analysis starts with a survey which is the first and essential stage of the project, allowing problems diagnostics as well as methods of their solutions. Following audit results the customer receives “Survey report” for the enterprise which business processes are diagnosed and further activities are proposed:
As a result the customer receives “Solutions contour map”, containing analysis of information gathered on the stage of enterprise survey, goals of the automation project, as well as 2-3 possible variants of the enterprise information system architecture. After submission of “Solutions contour map” to the customer and when one of the variants is accepted, KORUS Consulting proposes to develop system functional specifications. In this case design framework is worked out in detail and functions of business processes liable to automation are determined. As a result the customer receives a document entitled “Information system specifications” which enables him to search for and choose a contractor to implement the chosen IT-solution. |
