• Survey of possibilities of information systems migration to open source software (OSS) and OSS implementation in regional administrations (projects completed in Kaliningrad, Nizhniy Novgorod and Voronezh regions);
• development of complex solutions for state authorities informational support;
• development of conceptions, normative documents, conduction of research, concerning transfer of state authorities of Russian Federation to open source software, development of standardized software and hardware suit for personalized control medical treatment at the level of constituent territory of the Russian Federation (in short – standardized Federal medical information system, standardized Federal MIS) in accordance with personal date protection requirements by request of Federal Information Technology Agency and Ministry of Public Health and Social Development. Standardized Federal MIS is intended for implementation in state medical institutions of Russian Federation.
