2004
- 64 corporate clients, among them: SPAR, Peterstar, Avtomir, DOMO, Konti, Kyrgyztelecom, Domovoy, Lenta, Merloni, Nokian Tyres, Peterservis, Tranzas, TCUM;
- automation of document circulation practice is opened (partner status obtained from Documentum);
- development of Microsoft practice (official corporation partner status is obtained);
- tender for providing services of business processes outsourcing in the field of electronic data interchange is won, business processes outsourcing practice is opened;
- development and the first implementation of KORUS | Axcision solution;
- beginning of “Laboratory of regular management” project: a cycle of seminars by the leading foreign practicing consultants on the optimization of key business processes. For the first time in Russia, John Schreibfeder (USA), Michel Coveny (UK), and Claus Dew (Denmark) appeared invited by KORUS Consulting. Representatives of over 100 biggest Russian companies took part in the seminars within the project from 2004 through 2006.
